After inspection and approval of the quality control unit, the purchased raw materials are unloaded in the designated places in the raw material warehouse. The raw materials of this collection are steel coils with a thickness of 1.5 to 2 mm.
At first, the coils in the area are transferred to the roll carriage by a field crane and then enter the tape cutting line. Next, the coil enters the tape cutter, passes through the slitter (blades) and is converted into different widths, then these cut sheets are converted into cut coils by the comber and the collector roll at the end of the line. At the end, these coils are transferred by a crane and a carriage to their own line for the production of different products.
- The cut rolls in the tape cutting hall are transported to hall 1 by a carriage, as well as special stand rolls, and are ready for production.
- These coils are first placed on the ball holder in order to enter the production process
- After welding the beginning of the sheet with the end of the previous roll (available in the spiral), they enter the spiral and continue to enter the next stages of production.
- In the closed sections (2.5″ and 3″ and 4″ lines), these rolls enter the forming gates and become tubes, and after passing the induction welding, the seams of these tubes are welded together and then enter The gates are sized and converted into different square or rectangular dimensions or tubes of different dimensions.
- In open sections like the French frame line, the sheet is formed by the desired templates.
- After that, it is cut to the desired lengths (usually 6 meters) by the saw that is set to cut in a certain size by the microswitch.
- After cutting, it is entered by the accelerator into the next section, which is defined as the dock.
- In the last stage, the profiles are packed.
- At the end, these packages, which are also called bundles, are transported to the product warehouse by a crane.
